Ambassador City Centre Hotel

We liked every detail about our really nice 3 nights stay here. Generally everything was great, even so the bathroom was cold.

Had a pleasant stay at check-in time, everything was amazing. The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive in case of questions. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Cafe Xo.

I loved this hotel, it's clean and straightforward. Its location was central, 600 feet from Cafe Xo.

The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

In overall, the place is contemporary, has courteous staff in Reception desk. The breakfast is savoury, the room is warm with a terrace.

It was incredible place to stay. Exceptional location in the historical center. A superb museum was also close to the hotel. They served splendid bacon and eggs. The staff were ready to help and provided thoughtful customer service. There were stable internet and perfect parking available.

The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are beautiful, the location is perfect just off pubs, the market. Large room, huge bathroom.

Really unforgettable experience, everything was fab. I had recently refurbished, very specious room with a luxury bathroom. Lots of options for breakfast, great eggs and bacon. Terrific customer care too. Welcome drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

I loved that the lobby was beautiful. Staff were happy to help and kept it all spotless. Bacon and eggs were really appreciated. Not far from a train station, very convenient. Good value, it was unforgettable stay.

The staff were supportive, the room was unique and the location was top. We ate at the hotel's terrace restaurant, loved it. Smooth check-in and fantastic service. Plus their wifi was free.

The whole experience was relaxing. I liked this hotel, it was fairly clean and quaint. Truly outstanding service, as the staff was cool. The bed was comfy and the room was new. Breakfast was solid, lots of cheap food😀

Room was very pretty, bed was amazing, the staff was generally very friendly. Exquisite view of sea. In the morning I had eggs and bacon. Very special location within walking distance of the corrie ten boom house museum. Easy check in and late check out.

We really enjoyed staff and location here. Mesmerizing view, a comfortable balcony, soft bed, too. The building itself was new with a lovely garden...

Immaculately clean place, fine location, polite staff. The room was good basic, good basic and had a worth every penny view. The pool was lovely and I had bottled drinks in the sky bar.

Marvellous location and comfortable beds. Bathroom was modern and we truly enjoyed it. It's in the centre of Haarlem. There was an EXCELLENT restaurant in the hotel.

Short way from teylers museum and a 5-minute walk from grote markt. 100 feet away there is Cafe Colette, where you can dine. The great location for the price. We loved the food and facilities...
